The switch works for a few hours, and then transfer speeds slow to a crawl in one direction only, while the other direction is unaffected. After the switch is unplugged completely and about a minute is allowed for it to cool down, again the switch works for a few hours before the same symptoms occur. Moreover, the switch claims Automatic MDI/MDI-X capability, but this is untrue. I had to use a crossover cable to connect beyond the LAN.
